Layered, elegant, and refreshingly smooth

This ruby-purple blend of Syrah and Touriga Nacional offers a refined expression of the Algarve terroir. Aromas of dark fruit and violets unfold into a creamy, balanced palate with a touch of freshness. Hand-harvested grapes undergo a 30-day fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by 9 months of aging in French oak barrels.

Food Pairing

Excellent with roasted duck, spiced stews, or truffle risotto. Also pairs beautifully with hard cheeses or for celebrating special moments.
