Edd's Branco 2022 - Chardonnay Reserva

Smooth, toasty, and elegantly fresh

This 2022 Chardonnay shows a pale straw color and opens with aromas of ripe plum and subtle toast. The palate is creamy and well-rounded, finishing with a refreshing lift. Hand-harvested grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by nine months of aging in French oak barrels – a process that brings depth and harmony to the final wine.

Food Pairing

A fine match for roast chicken, buttery pasta dishes, or aged cheeses. Also excellent with grilled vegetables or creamy risottos.
