Fresh, bright, and elegantly layered
This Algarve white shows a vivid yellow color and expressive aromas of fresh melon and white plum, gently integrated with notes of French oak. The palate is crisp and structured, revealing depth, freshness, and a long, mineral finish. Hand-picked grapes are fermented and aged for nine months in French oak barrels, adding subtle toast and roundness while preserving a lively fruit core.
Food Pairing
Ideal with grilled seafood, roast poultry, or creamy vegetable dishes. Also pairs beautifully with mild cheeses and Mediterranean salads.
